Renovation at the Parkville Library
(December 12, 2008)
The Parkville Library will be replacing ceiling tiles throughout
the library beginning Monday, December 15 and ending on Monday,
January 5, 2009. During construction, there may be areas of the
collection which may be unavailable to the public. Please call
the Parkville Library at 410-887-5353 prior to your visit for
updates on areas that are accessible. We apologize for any
inconvenience you may experience. |
The Parkville Library is located on Harford Road, just outside the
Beltway. The parking lot is located at the rear of the building.
In order to better serve customers who may find the library's
tri-level design physically challenging, there is a checkout desk
located on the lower level which is easily accessible from the
parking lot. The Parkville Easy Access desk is operational daily from
9 AM
until 5 PM. Since June 2001, an elevator has been operational for
the convenience of customers.
In April 2004, the relocated book drop opened on the east side of
the building next to the library entrance.

located 1/2 mile north, on the right side of Harford Road.
